Distributed optical fiber temperature sensing technology is developed as a high and new technology of real-time measurement space temperature distribution in recent years. The paper determines distributed optical fiber temperature sensing scheme based on Raman scattering after analyzing and comparing various of distributed temperature sensor, and analyzes the system's main technical indicators and key technologies on the basis. The paper introduces hardware and software design of high-speed pulse generator, and gives a specific hardware circuit diagram, system diagram, the pulse waveform realized.The paper describes separation and combination technology of light waves, and puts forward a Raman scattering WDM based on dielectric thin film filter. The paper detailedly introduces Principles and splicing method of 1×3 two-way WDM and design Raman scattering WDM. Finally, we built experimental system and conducted related experiments.
