A Narrative Study On Public Emergencies In Grass-Roots Journalism

In the public emergencies, the Internet germinates grassroots journalism. It is a new thing that comes from the folk and this is a new way of reporting, competing with the traditional mainstream news media and affecting the whole media world. It is a new way to research the method of improving the form of broadcasting communication and strengthen the result of communication in the view of Narratology. Grassroots journalism is a kind of typical narration, and is a kind of special narration. It apparently includes narrator, narrative content, narrative recipient and narrative patterns. At the same time, utilizing its sign of symbols, sign of images, sign of indicate to constitute syntagmatic and paradigmatic research, thereby highlighting the unique charm of the narrative. As one kind of discourse, it owns special ways to organize news incidents and clarify the consciousness ideology. Grassroots journalist in news reporting acts as a stealth narrator, a guide narrator, a witness narrator, or a detective narrator. Utilizing narrative time and narrative focalization as a means to reveal the original characteristics of the story in news incidents, the truth of the incident and its valuation hidden behind the news incident are explored. As the same time, through researching the frame of consciousness and making an idea the paper shows some special consciousness appearance.Chapter 3, being the narrative reading of Grassroots journalism, in this section, narrative motif is the base of accepting, through researching the relationship of narrative motif and narrative accept, the paper analyzes the mentality condition and accepting process of the viewers.Chapter 4, this is about the narrative crisis of grassroots journalism. From variation of narrative voice, breaking of narrative time and the cultural populist tendencies of narrative discourse, the research analyzes the existence of defects and shortcomings of Grassroots journalism.
