The Research Of The TV Dialect Program Development-under The Constraints Of The Market And Administrative Rule

As a characteristic program of TV, the dialect program catch up from behind because it is based on the new media technology, economic development, market competition and public demand. Also, dialect program is running on a prosperous road by its own unique charm through dialect program reform. Second, by comparing the policy and the development of dialect program of other countries or regions, try to find what we can learn from. Third, based on the first two parts, make recommendation of the administration and the market implementation, and finally establish a path of sustainable development of dialect program. The future administrative decision could be more democratic, the media program could be more mercerization, and this is a long-term significant road of the dialect program.Finally, the article concludes that the country should pay full attention to the diverse cultural needs of the people, this will help the public with sufficient sense of ownership and, to participate in public affairs, will also benefit the preservation of traditional folk culture.Future policy-making will be more democratic, media programs will become more market-oriented, which is a long way to dialect programs.
