Designs and implements a computer network-oriented Physical Examination System (PEIS) is essential as physical examination businesses have been increasing.In this paper, a broad view of the current work carried out by physical examination, in order to improve the physical efficiency, standardized medical services, to facilitate medical groups, integration of resources for medical education and research to provide a reliable detailed examination of the computer network designed for data processing systems.In this paper, first of HIS modernization and development of the current situation was discussed, and medical information systems development background and related technology briefly; Introduction of the PEIS' construction of our hospital, and make in-depth and detailed analysis of the requirements of PEIS; Based on the requirements analysis, system function modules solution was provided, and a detailed introduction of the system data structure, safety design, With Laboratory Information System(LIS) based on international standards for medical information exchange HL7 Interface Design, and other major functional modules; Description and discussion of the implement of PEIS, including the specific technique such as ASP.NET languages, middleware, SQL Server database platform, and so on; Finally, the significance of PEIS system and system-building experience are summarized.Through the PEIS system design and implementation of integrated medical and health resources to achieve a medical health data sharing, speed up the automatic management of links, greatly improving the efficiency of the hospital medical centers and medical quality, and can effectively prevent and reduce errors and accidents occurred, in order to provide a reliable physical examination of health guidance.
