Scientific research laboratory are the place where university carrying out scientific research and cultivating high diathesis technic talents. In this decade, the automation of laboratory information management has become the focal point of laboratory automation. Establishing the laboratory automation system with modern technique will improve the lab management effectively, as well as the construction of cooperation platform between different research departments. It's of great research and application value. In the view of the problem and present situation of management in scientific research laboratory, we developed a new type of integrated laboratory information management systems based on C/S and B/S mixed framework. This paper introduces the design idea and realization technology of the system, the design features of system function module, system development technology and methods to solve key problems are also analyzed and discussed. This system made laboratory routine affair management as the core, integrated several function modules such as instruments reservation module, precision instruments benefit analysis module and so on. This system manage the staff, instrument, reagent and the whole environment of laboratory comprehensively. Now this system has been put into trial operation in the university lab.It was proved that the system has the feature of standardization and customization, opening and specialization, safe and reliable. It also has the function of analysis and statistics. This system can meet the new needs of integrated information management in university laboratory. The application and popularization of it can improve the lab management effectively.
