Research And Design On The University Library Document Delivery System Model Under Web2.0

Along with the development of the computer science and technology, network and digital resources processing technology, the technologies and concepts about Web 2.0 continuously expand in various fields, causing the academic exchanges and service revolution. Thus, the university libraries are in the period that challenges and opportunities coexist. With the number of document resources exploding and the prices of books and periodicals rising, the university libraries are lack of funds for new books and face the challenge of developing collection documents and meeting the needs of users. Therefore, the interconnection among the university libraries and the co-construction and sharing of the literature resources has become an essential subject. Among them, the document delivery services of the libraries can meet the users'diversity and hierarchical document resource need, reconcile the contradictions between the collections and users'needs. It becomes the most direct and most effective way to share the information resources and provides the resource guarantee for the information service of the university library.In this paper, the domestic and international research status of the document delivery service and the deficiency is summarized with researching and consulting a mass of documents. Then on this basis, combining the Web 2.0 principle, which is "user-centric, multi-user joint participation", analyzing the users'need and the demand of the information resources sharing, a document delivery service system model in the University Library is proposed, which supports multi-user involvement. And then a formalized expression of the function is given about the user and the administrator interface of the model. Then, the basic modules of the system are designed, focusing on the design of an automatic forwarding server to complete the user-to-user's document delivery. The paper gives a simple introduction to the design of the related database of the document delivery services. The system requires that more users can participate in the document delivery services actively, to improve the efficiency and quality of it.In this paper, a series of management and operation mechanism in the environment of web 2.0 is provided, which is conducive to the development of the document delivery services of university library, such as management mechanism, user incentive mechanism and copyright protection mechanism. Architecture for service evaluation and supervision is provided to ensure that document delivery services can be operated with high effectiveness. Finally, it makes a brief summary of this paper and future prospects. It is hoped that the document delivery services of the university libraries can be improved, to make the sharing of document resources realized earlier.
