Design And Implementation Of Administration Information System Of Weifang Vocational College

With the rapid expansion of scale, increasing campus and the continuous reform of education system in colleges, Colleges' workload of educational administration has significantly increased recently. Its complexity is also increasing, which makes the informationization and networking of colleges' Educational Administration work is imperative. The development of efficient Web-based educational Administration information system has become an urgent task.First in this thesis, we analyzed the current teaching status and trends of educational Administration work, and discoursed the purpose and significance of the subject, and then got the analysis of the system overall design and related technologies, introduced the detailed requirement analysis also. Finally, we designed and developed the educational Administration information system using B/S structure.The college which the author is working for has been manual in educational Administration work before, from the development of teaching programs to the curriculum arrangement etc. many of these work were manual, which is not only slowly in speed, wastes a great deal of manpower and material resources, but also error-prone. In response to resolve the above the current status, we developed this educational Administration information system. Its main tasks include:1. According to the actual requirement of our college's educational Administration work, we analyzed the function requirement, and made the report of requirement analysis.2. We selected and designed the system architecture as B/S three-tier structure, and described the detailed design of system's function modules plenty, especially in description of course arrangement algorithm.3. In this thesis, the security mechanisms on the system design are discussed in detail 4. The database design is discussed in detail, and created the system database with oracle 9i.5. We describe the implementation of system's modules in detail.In this thesis, based on the plenty of survey and research on the college's educational administration work, combined with the practical requirements of educational administration, we designed and implemented an educational administration information system using B/S structure. The using of the system will reduce the workload of the administration staff to enable them out of the complex and trivial job.
