Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System Based On J2EE

With the expansion of enrollment and the development of connotation, the mode of students' education management has been changed greatly. As a method to impart knowledge, teaching is been changed and adjusted constantly. The educational administration and teaching organization's analysis and processing work on the data which involved in the teaching process, become more and more heavy and difficult. Taking Zhongzhou University as an example, the teaching service system is obsolete in design, outdated in technology, single in function, isolated in function module, and the original management of teaching service system is disconnected with the real teaching process. It is difficult to meet the college needs of enrollment expansion. The teaching service is failed to achieve the real purpose.Therefore, on the basis of the original system, this paper analyzed the present practical teaching situation of Zhongzhou University. According to the analysis results, Zhongzhou University reopened a teaching service system which is consistent with the existing situation. This paper firstly studies the theory and technology of the original system. Combined with the characteristics of the new system, it designs a kind of new technology. Secondly, it analyses the teaching management and the students' service need of the Zhongzhou University. According to the work flow, it works out the function and the data required by the system. In order to realize the service system, it designed a new frame structure and database to support the structure. The genetic algorithm is applied to the Course Scheduling System, improved the efficiency of scheduling, and realized the intelligent management.In order to make the system developed conveniently, the system architecture used in this paper is five layers of the Seam architecture which is put in data persistence layer. In order to adapt to the needs of the university, the system function is divided into students' information service, curriculum planning service, scheduling service, purchasing service, students' teaching evaluation service, and score services and so on. Among them, students' information services using automatic early warning rule to deal with the students' transfer process; scheduling service can be in accordance with the combination of manual and automatic to automatic processing of the data, which can not only meet the special needs of individuals but also achieve efficiently. It is fair, reasonable and humanized. This system makes the teaching management of Zhongzhou University work up to a new level.The educational management in universities involves many teaching units and administrative units. The system can only realize the teaching process of educational administration management. In the future, it will do a further research and development in data flow monitoring, in working with other departments' system and in online examination implement.
