The goal of Semantic Web is to give web information semantics which may be processed by computers. Semantic NAtive XML database system (SNAX) aims to build a platform for research on many theories, techniques and methods of Semantic Web. Ontology mapping is a crucial part of SNAX, which serves for ontology query and integration. This thesis focuses on this research.Firstly, the purposes of researching SNAX, backdrop of Semantic Web research and current research situation of Ontology Mapping have been introduced.Secondly, aiming to develop the candidate mapping sets choice technique of multiple views mapping system, an ontology partition method is proposed. The sub block is regard as the candidate mapping sets, while ensuring the feasibility of large scale ontology mapping task. In order of solving the problem that traditional multiple views mapping methods ignore the semantic information of ontology, the concept of "richness" is proposed, and new mapping method are designed based on this. The new method can extract the ontology characteristics (concepts, properties, and instances), emphasize the more semantically valuable information, and filter noise information, in order to make the mapping result more accurate. Finally, based on the research above, Multiple views ontology mapping system (Mina) has been designed and implemented. Moreover, the mapping effective of the system has been tested through using benchmarks, ontology set offered by OAEI. The precision, recall, and F-measure values have been statistically analyzed. The experimental result of this method is satisfactory.
