The comprehensive automation of radio management is a research hotspot in today's computer application. This kind of management is implemented through closely combination between the management strategy of the radio management departments and the operation of the remote radio monitoring equipments. These equipments'operation is obtained in the help of the remote monitoring technology and the computer's management to monitoring network.Traditional remote monitoring system is used in most C / S structure, However, C / S structure of the needs of specific customer installation process, the distribution function of the weak, poor compatibility, development costs are high, With the development of network technology B / S structure, its maintenance is simple, to facilitate business expansion, share the benefits of strong. Radio station remote monitoring system in order to improve system operating efficiency, in order to maintain system security, design manager, monitoring mode, such as user login.In this paper, include:①Research on the principle of the network monitoring system with remote monitoring and control system architecture, as compared with the C / S and B / S model of their own characteristics and to analyze its strengths and weaknesses.②According to the actual needs, we design a remote monitoring system of the overall program and have a division of the whole functional modules.③In the use of SQL Server 2005 as database and ADO.NET to access the database, we have implemented the data dealing of the remote monitoring system. Furthermore, we have analyzed and researched the real-time and security of system.④This chapter on the remote wake-up and remote shutdown, file transfer, remote registry management features such as users log on to the realization of some functions and display maps, through trial to achieve the desired results.In this paper, the design of the radio remote monitoring system has the following values: Firstly, unify the original independent stand-alone monitoring systems'operations to make monitoring more standardized and process more scientific. Secondly, this system has very good flexibilities for users'operating at any time, any place, as long as the browser can be used online. Meanwhile, there is no need to install client software. As a result, it will save a great deal of manpower and material resource, greatly make the efficiency enhanced. Thirdly, through the monitoring system, we can easily master the real-time operation of equipments. Therefore, the experience failures can be resumed quickly in the savings of costs and checking time. Fourthly, the realization of network-monitoring brings convenience for monitoring staff to monitor and collect data quickly. In other words, the radio management becomes scientific, standardization, network, and automation with security and stability.The development of the system during operation, It has good flexibility, and failure in the face of anytime, anywhere through a browser using the system for failure recovery, Saving costs and saving time check failure to raise the work efficiency.
