Research And Implementation Of Ria-Oriented Web Application Integrating Flex And J2EE

At present,it becomes the main trend in enterprise information system development to adopt J2EE multi-layer structure based on B/S mode in Web applications.Traditional J2EE development has not been widely applied for the limitation of EJB model,the core component.Therefore,a lot of frameworks aiming at enhancing code quality and shortening developing time of software have appeared.With so many frameworks which have different advantages,it is very important to choose the appropriate ones to full play their strengths in Web application development.For the people sitting in front of PCs almost whole day, the desires of experiencing good interaction and friendly interface which traditional HTML applications did not very well when they operate systems are strong.The appearance of RIA brings new vitality to Web development.Users operate Web applications based on RIA just like operating desktop applications which give them comfortable feelings.Flex is the most perfect technology in RIA and the programming based on Flex is object-oriented.Therefore,during the development process,it is a good choice using Java which is mature and object-oriented as the program language to develop business logic layer under the case of using Flex developing client through its abundant components.At present, J2EE is the pop and mature technology in Web development and there are a lot of excellent open-source frameworks,just like Hibernate and Spring.This paper firstly analyzes Cairngorm,Spring and Hibernate which are the excellent open-source frameworks in Flex and J2EE technology respectively. According to the delaminate theory,the paper then designs an architecture developing RIA system which uses Flex and Cairngorm as the present layer development tools,Spring taking charge of developing the business logic layer and Hibernate realizing the data persistence layer.Finally,combining with the samples of marketing integrative platform,the paper in detail illustrates the application process in actually development of this architecture.It has been found that this RIA-oriented Web application based on Flex and J2EE technologies not only can express the abundant user experience and perfect human-machine interaction,but also has the characters of good maintainability and expansibility resulted by the integration of Hibernate and Spring.This kind of development architecture will give a very good reference effect on the same type of system development.
