Research On Analysis And Design Of Command And Control System For Propaganda Work Of Frontier Defense Regiment

With the word's new revolution in military affairs and our army's information construction further development, the stat that our army's political work has been lagging far behind the information technology has highlight contradiction between constructing information-based forces and winning information war. It is significant practical problems to accelerate the pace of the information research and construction of the political work. It taking the command and control system of propaganda work of frontier defense regiment for research, trying to research and innovative in the information construction of the political work, especially in the core of political work---the propaganda work's command and control methods, for playing services and operational functions.First, it reviews the propaganda work of the frontier defense regiment. Fourth, design Information collection module and analysis situation module, including information-collection sequence-diagram, information-collection model, information-collection rules, information-selection sequence-diagram, information-selection model, information-selection rules, information-analysis sequence-diagram, information-analysis model, information-analysis rules; and realizes the operation interface of the information collection module and the analysis situation module.It has done the foundational work for the innovation means of command, and effective exploration, and built the good foundation for the frontier defense regiment propaganda word command and control system' development by research this subject.
