Modeling Andoptimizing Of The Data Colleted From Sinopharm Logistics Distribution Center Based On Flexsim

This paper was based on the program between the logistics library of automation of Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication and the sinopharm. The paper simulated and modeled the sinopharm logistics distribution center after surveying it on the scene. Meanwhile, the use of the technology of collecting data on the scene made the model consistent with the actual operation. The paper also analyzed the model and gave the optimization solution.Firstly, this paper introduced the technology of modeling and simulating logistics and the technology of collecting data on the scene. Modeling and simulation were very efficient and low-investment, and it has been used widely through all aspects of engineering system, such as design, test, decision support, etc. Although the technology of collecting data on the scene was already used widely in different kinds of industries, it was newly used in modeling and simulating logistics from both sides of thought and technology. This technology could accord the entering time and quantity of products with the actual condition. In this way, the model could keep pace with the actual operation perfectly, and the data analysis and simulation solution would be better.Then the paper collected, arranged, analyzed the data from the model and finally gave the operation report and simulation solution.
