Study On The Collect Engineering Oral Data Quality Control And Right Or Wrong Textual Research

"Old scientist academic growth data collect engineering"(hereinafter referred to as"Collect Engineering")is the national science and Technology Education Leading Group officially launched,instructed China association for science and technology lead,joint the Central Organization Department,the Ministry of education,Ministry of science and technology,Ministry of industry,Ministry of finance,the Ministry of culture,the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Chinese Academy of engineering,the National Natural Science Found Committee and other 11 ministries to implement a science and technology education resources rescue project.This project use oral interview,physical collection,recording and other forms to collect and preserve the data of old scientist academic growth.These data need to reflect the scientist academic growth,mainly through the academic development of major events,science and technology achievements,innovation method,spirit quality and other aspects of the data.These data provides the first hand materials of complete,true and authority for a comprehensive study of the new China technology development history,showcasing new scientific and technological achievements,promote the Chinese scientists scientific spirit and traditional system."Collect Engineering" since 2010 officially started,is progressing smoothly.It has made a series of major achievements.Oral materials in engineering acquisition have a very high status and value.With the gradual deepening of the acquisition project,some important problems gradually revealed.For example,oral information is not complete,system,and their typical sex is not strong.There are contradiction between oral information,oral information and the existing literature.The time and fact in oral information is mistake.The audio quality does not conform to the standards.Organize the text is not standardized.Due to oral information acquisition in the presence of these problems,the topic integrated use of multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge,such as management,historical philology,archival science,journalism and communication science.Essay proposed oral data acquisition quality standards and requirements,construction of the oral information quality control procedures and control methods on the base of accurate definition of the concept of oral engineering materials and specific analysis of the oral information characteristics acquisition.Then,based on the needs of oral data quality assurance and right or wrong textual,essay proposed some textual criticism methods,such as archives literature comparison,verification interview,logical reasoning,science while shelving differences and doubtful.This topic combines the author's practical experience in engineering acquisition,by making full use of multi-disciplinary research results about oral history,oral materials and oral archives to propose a set of effective quality control system and right or wrong textual methods,so as to improve the quality of engineering oral data collection and promote the healthy development of the acquisition project for the collection of engineering.
