In recent years,the abrupt event and natural disaster give a austere challenge to emergency communications,so it is necessary to develop emergency communication system which is installed quickly,used conveniently,adapt to any environment and high bandwidth. In accordance with China's actual situation,this paper arise a emergency communication command system used WiMAX emergency communication vehicle in the basis of study the advanced domestic and foreign emergency communication technology,the selected topic had widespread application foreground.This article is research on WiMAX wireless access technology and design of the emergency communication system. The main work of mobile WiMAX-based emergency communication command system is as follow:1.Selecting appropriate radio channel propagation model for network planning in the link budget and coverage,with a focus on the wireless environment uplink budget and coverage,given the reference rate of the cell edge area and the coverage of base station under the different scenarios.2.Given mobile WiMAX emergency communication system detailed design,which is based on emergency communication command vehicle. This plan which sets off from actual need of emergency communication,takes refitted Iveco bus as carrier and WiMAX system as main wireless access means. The vehicle uses a variety of transmission ways such as satellite,matches it with the corresponding host system equipmen(twireless,data,switch,audio video equipment and so on)and the supporting facility,accordingly materialize the intercommunication between the scene and the commanders back at headquarters with the picture,the voice and the data.3.For 802.16e protocol,arise corresponding field test programs. The emergency system which based on entire IP framework has been tested such as throughput,delay,jitter ,under the situation of non line of sight and the test results are analyzed. Point out the solution has the characteristic of advanced technology,flexibility networking,good real-time,high dependability and easy to use.
