With the more and more widely uses of the semiconductor lasers in many fields,its driver also have been paid more attentions by more people.This paper designed an intelligent control system for semiconductor laser power supply which based on DSP,it included the laser power control and temperature control,and it also can work the semiconductor laser accurately,stably and effectively.This paper described the operation principle of the semiconductor laser,instructions for use,and the damage mechanism.Base on the primary demands of the driver,combine the system guide line,DSP2407 were adopted for the main controller.For the laser power control and the temperature control,the hardware circuit and the software arithmetic were designed. The EWB software were adopted to simulation the hardware circuit.The simulate debug and the normal debug were also done to the system.The control system of semiconductor laser power supply's technical guide line are:(1) Output current 0~100mA adjustable.(2) Output laser power 0~30mW adjustable.(3) Laser power stabilization<0.5%.(4) Temperature control precision 0.1℃.
