The Research On Operation And Management Of Life Bookstore

There ate three origins of the publishing industry in New China, one is represented by the Xinhua Bookstore which from the liberated area, one is the private publishing industry represented by Commercial Press and Zhonghua Book, the last is the Communist Party-led forces of progress, such as Life Bookstore.Life Bookstore was founded in 1932 by well-known political commentator, publisher, journalist Zou Taofen, continuing the work of the Readers Services Department of the Life Weekly. This bookstore occupies an important place in the publishing history of China. In modern history of China, the Life Bookstore is a scientific management, efficient operation cultural institutions, which had taken a number of creative measures and get a lot of very unique experience.This paper seeks to use the theories of media economics, history, communication and sociology and management to study the Life Bookstore's development history, business strategy and the internal operation system. And all study is in the special historical background.In academic research level, studying the Life Bookstore as a master's thesis is the first time. In this paper, I research on the complex historical data in the management of its business philosophy and practice of relevant content systematically. Dare not say that to fill the gap, but at least be useful for related research.
