| Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station is a local radio station located in Quanzhou city which is a famous for its history and culture.It was founded in 1995. Based in Quanzhou,Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station has made a sharp progress in past decade.It has got 27.5 million RMB of revenue from advertising in 2008. The revenue from advertising of Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station is on the top of all the city broadcasting stations in Fujian and also a front runner in Chinese city broadcasting stations.The competition between medias is going increasingly competitive in China nowadays.Following the fast prevalence of automobiles and the emergence of new receiving tools,so doe the widely application of new internet technology,Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station's survival and development is faced with enormous challenges and chances.This article focuses on the development strategic analysis of Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station in coming days to take the chance and avoid the risk.The article is divided into seven chapters,describing the general situation of broadcasting media industry briefly,analyzing the external and internal environment of Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station in detail,bringing forward the suggested general development strategy of Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station,offering a proposal of carrying out the strategy.The article try to identify the chances and challenges faced by Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station today.It points out a way to taking advantage and expanding the influence of Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station's own.The purpose of this research is to help Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station winning the market and audience.It's an application of the knowledge and tools imparted from my respected teachers in the school of management Xiamen University.It'll be my pleasure if the idea in this article can be meaningful to help Quanzhou People's Broadcasting Station in the media competition. |
