The Applied Research Of Inkjet Printer Graphical User Interface Based On GUI

With the rapid development of economy,consumers and government information on the product's marking information more and more.Because of the improvement of enterprises management levels,more and more enterprises use the inkjet technology to control and track the product quality,reinforce the management of sales channels.From the quality of inkjet printer,customers require the low rate of maintenance,fast speed of printing and more content.But from the user,whether the graphical user interface is beautiful or not and whether the interactive is fast or not, become a problem for the inkjet printer enterprises need to solve.At present,most of the inkjet printer enterprise use single-chip microcomputer to control the inkjet printing.The introduction of embedded systems will make it more adapted to the production lines of modem enterprise;the human-computer interaction will be more convenient and intuitive,the screen will show a brilliant graphical user interface.This subject of inkjet printer graphical user interface and touch screen operations achieved the realization of embedded GUI(Graphical User Interface) in details.After the design of system,using the ARM9 Samsung S3C2440 chip to build the hardware platform,transplanting the embedded Linux systems and Qt/Embedded software,we designed inkier printer graphical user interface and good interaction with good customary.Main tasks are:Design the overall platform frame of inkjet printer graphical user interface;set up the ARM9 hardware platform of graphical user interface;realize the software platform architecture of graphical user interface,the transplantation of embedded Linux operating system,and the realization of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display),touch screen and mouse driven;analysis the portable Embedded GUI,select the top software Qt/Embedded to design good graphical user interface of inkjet printer;because of inkjet printer printing content are Chinese characters and numbers, designed a software of smart Pinyin input based on Qtopia;finally,touch screen calibration achieve the reliability of human-computer interaction.Qt /Embedded environment,the design of inkjet printer graphical user interface and Pinyin input method are difficulties.The graphical user interface of inkjet printer can display the status,realize the setting of parameter and input of Chinese character,and achieve a good human-computer interaction.The application study shows that the overall structure of the platform and the design of human-computer interaction propose a good idea of graphical user interface design for more electrical products.The design has good market prospects and potential applications.
