Since the appearance of human voice, communication form has existed and it developed with the progress of human society. In primitive societies, human beings expressed their meanings by different voices and gestures. It is also referred to as the "potential to be the phrase". The emergence of language has put human communication activities a big step forward. Not only did it promote exchanges and communication among each other, but also generated the idea of rankin the tribal clan then, with bias power followed. During the period of characters, social civilization developed rapidly, people didn't only satisfy with verbal communication but keened on learning knowledge and improving cultural training. print media is good for power concentration. Its sole function is useful for the ideological control of the rulers, and can help to consolidate the centralized ruling of feudal dynasties. When the non-network and electronic media was developed, telegraph and telephone wereused for the war; and radio and television went into our daily lives, bringing about earth-shaking changes to us. The invention and use of non-network and electronic media has made communication more effectively, efficiently, conveniently and broader in scope which has played a certain role in promoting the superstructure of capitalism meeting its ruling needs. Now the network media have a lot of advantages. It not only makes more space for Internet users to have free expression of their ideas, but also enlarges the openness and transparency of information. Internet users, have more of less participated in formulating policies and modifying the articles .They have made it possible to achieve a"democratic participation"and promoted the capital composition of modern capitalism. This paper involves a broad span of time, so the author chooses Marxist "economic determinism" as a theoretical basis, on which discusses the relationship of the evolution of media patterns and social development .This paper is divided into five main parts, with the vertical time span as logical sequence. The first four partsintroduce space media print media, non-network and electronic media and network media. This article systematically demonstrates the relations between these four types of media forms and social development at the time ,from the emergence of human voice and language until the beginning of the new network media now. Chapter Five and Conclusion part are the main body of this article, which demonstrates the link between the traditional media and new media, as well as the evolutional track of media itself in the final conclusions of the article, I make comprehensive statement upon the internal relations among media patterns, politics, economy and culture ,and its impact. The relationship between the changes in media and social development is also discussed over all.Part one is about the space media, which mainly demonstrates the first important media invention in the dissemination history. The emergence of language is of great significance for human activities. It made uncertain thoughts clear, transferred analog images accumulated in human mind into sound symbols and then expressed by language, so as to reach a consensus on the language interaction with other people. oral communication, to some extent, imited the monks'controlling on the public in the period of religious ruling, could express their opinions in the community, and gradually geographical communication of specific scope was formed. The extended oral transmission was a huge threat to the uniformity of religious thinking mode, and there are many unfavorable factors for the maintenance of the Royal, the monks and the feudal ruling.Part two is about print media, another monopoly form after the emergence of space media. With the help of paper print media is easy to carry and hold, and its transmitting mode is helpful for power centralization of the supreme rulers of the feudal societies. Single-dimensional flow is the characteristics of print media, which can be seen as the most effective tool for feudal rulers to communicate from top to bottom. Print media was able to survive in a totalitarian society for so many years just for such characteristicsPart three is about the non-network and electronic media, which has taken human beings into a fruitful dynamic world. The visual impact of electronic screen and three-dimensional triggered the public's curiosity and freshness all of a sudden. People are able to know changes outside without going out of the room, and through the small window people can know about foreign customs and sights. As a result of the communication characteristics of the non-network and electronic media, it is conducive to capital accumulation and concentration in capitalist society, so that capitalists can complete the high integration of capital in a certain time to rapidly pursue wealth in effective fields. At the same time, its intrusion into private family life, as is constituted as a "public domain", Habermas said, human life is gradually onto the television screen, the secret space gradually comes to transparency, a semi-secret and semi-exposed fuzzy state, you can disguise that the non-network and electronic media has promoted the development of democratization.Part four is about the network media, which is coming to the fore at the end of last century as the "famous overnight", the"well- known" form of modern media. Its influence is no trivial matter to replace the non-network and electronic media to become the mainstream media in new generation in the 21st century. Network media has the spread of different strengths which enable the network of media a stable path to modern capitalist society beyond traditional medias. First of all, the network monitoring function in the media environment is conducive to the accumulation of capital in modern capitalist society, which does not accumulate as the non-network and electronic media which may have a certain time limit, although the non-network and electronic media is also very fast, but nowhere near as network media,it is said that this capital accumulation can be completed in a moment. Secondly, the network media can promote the formation of multinational corporations, more modern, than those in the non-network and electronic media era. the network media has shown great Significance upon returning to human nature. It will get the public back to the more human nature, the true state. Workers do not seem to know hardworking only as the past, they also gradually take notice of the importance of leisure and entertainment for themselves.Part five and the conclusion is the most important part ,which is the core of this paper, The writer discussed the effect of changes of media forms on political changes, economic fluctuation and cultural changes. The purpose is to tap the political evolution process from the feudal politics to liberal politics and political freedom; the economy process from single economy, closed economy to monopoly and opening-up economy; culture process from simply culture at the initial stage, to the complex culture after monopoly of knowledge to rich-contented multi-culture.
