The construction of 3G is proceeding steadily in China. The coexistence of multi-network of 2G and 3G will be inevitable. Mobile phones with dual modes and dual standby will be the inevitable choice at the transition stage in the market. As the interface controlling the communication module, the inefficient AT command adopted in the program of present phones with dual standby cannot meet the need of mobile terminal dealing with multiple parallel command information and data information. It is the inevitable trend to provide more efficient way of information interaction for each module in the mobile terminal.Having studied the system structure of the software of MTK6223 communication module and turned to the interconnected model of OSI open system, this thesis designs a set of hierarchical software system supporting multiple task dealt with simultaneously for the interaction of command information with data information between applied processor and communication module, with the program of mobile phone with dual cards and dual standby realized on the WINCE platform as the background. In it, the sub system of communication realizes liable transmission and route of information among multi-module, while the sub system of application provides the development of applied program with the local program interface of remote use of the communication module. It is proved by the test results in the lab and market that it can not only overcome the limitations of inefficiency, energy consumption and unitask of AT command, but also realizes the information interaction between applied processor and two communication module. Besides, it also supports data applications such as webpage browsing and e-mail.
