Radio Frequency Simulation System (RFSS) is an essential research means in the weapon system development. Accredited RFSS plays an important role in weapon system development and design finalizing.The radio frequency target simulation of array have the merits of simulating complex targets and circumstances.It is the simulated means used home and abroad.The work elements,design request and plans of system have been mastered by many years research in home.At present,the directions of research mainly solve and consummate the key technique of engineerin design of system, such as: the pivotal designs of feed apparatus,near-field error and correct technique,test technique of system ,simulation arithmetic and so on.This paper takes a mission target array of RFSS as the research object,analyses it's errors,ascertains it's main source of error,and investigates all kinds of error's affection to the result of simulation.The main content of this paper is:First, by the orientation principle of binary array, decuced the orientation formula of binary, triad array,and decuced it's target position precision formula by the orientation formula.Analyed target precision errors by it's formula. Calculated results show that the errors by the amplitude ratio of radiant point are more than the errors by the phase difference of it.Then,analyed error points of simulation system in details,especially analyed the reasons of three-axis table errors,and it's transmission mechanism in the simulating process and it's influence.This paper analyed orientation errors of turntable, amplitude and phase errors,fix errors of inductance point, fix errors of mechanism, random errors by introduce the structure and characteristics of three- axis table,and compare the calculated result with measured result.Finally, the definiens of near-field affect errors are described in this paper, and the affections of radio frequency target simulation precision by near-field affect errors.Calcuted near-field affect errors of binary array,and the mathematical model of error compensation by triad array near-field affect errors are established,and correct the target positioning precision.
