The Intelligence Network could provide various kinds of new services for customers in a short time, and promote the utilization ratio of the network and strengthen the network's intelligence based on the original communication network. And it demands less investment and takes effect soon, which makes it as the focus all operators paid attention on.In this paper, the focus point is from the basic composition of the intelligent network, fully demonstrated the necessity of the intelligence of exchange network, and to propose the technical solutions for Tonghua local network intelligence, discuss the network organization, traffic model, the adjustment of the transmission network, as well as the relationship and the impact with other business platforms. Through the local network intelligence reform, it can bring new vitality of the fixed telephone network, and build the good network foundation for the stable and fast development of the value-added services.This paper will go deep demonstration on the following aspects.At first, the inquire deeply intelligent network's architecture and four areal models, the intelligent network by Service Switching Point SSP, Service Control Point SCP, Service Data Point SDP, Intelligent Peripheral IP, Service Management System SMS, Service Creation Environment SCE and so on several parts is composed generally. to know deeply the quadrilayer plane model of the intelligence network and see the distinct characteristics of the intelligence network:the separation between service transaction and service control, and the service building is independent on the service operating environment, which thus form the open service platform, and establish the bases for the speediness of services. In present, various services like Accounting Card Dialing, 800 called centralized paying; One-number and Handset Multimedia Ring are already opened in succession, which become the new growing point of service income for handset operators.Secondly, to bring the significance of the network intelligence, the "network intelligence" is based on the equipment, which is the " switches + intelligent network" as the most effective carrying network for the phonic service, it is different for the normal intelligent network, which referring to only realize the conventional card business, called pay business, etc. but it is to give full play to the advantages of intelligent network for the powerful real-time call control, identity authentication, routing choose, billing flexibility and rich resources of intelligent peripheral, shielding the traditional exchange networks'restrictions, and to further separate the operational control and basic exchange, greatly enhance the diversity of traditional PSTN business and personalized service capabilities, as well as greatly enriched the experience for the user's application.Thirdly, to analysis the development and application of the intelligent network in the next-generation communications networks, and to discuss the issues requires further study.The next generation communication network means mainly NGN network—which takes soft switch as the core of controlling, the grouping switching network as the transmitting platform, is a network system combined with various networks like fixed network and mobile network. The intelligence services based on NGN network could develop more agile and abundant service modes by inheriting the traditional intelligence services, e.g. VPN aiming at group customers, national cruiser of fixed fee paid in advance, and one-number service call/called function. However, this brings some issues waiting for solutions in network technologies, like: the combination of intelligence network and IP technology, the combination of intelligence network and TINA and the third/fourth generation mobile communication network; the study to strengthen the load capability, accordance checking method, and the issue to further study the intelligence network's whole evaluation for service and operation performance based on the study of the QOS of the ordinary communication network. In sum, as the communication technology is developing, the active communication network is going to melt into the intelligence information network gradually, which could bring more benefit for the society owing to the development of intelligence network.Discuss the specific application of the intelligent network technology in Jilin Province in combination of the practical, currently the intelligent network of Jilin Province is the standard SCP framework, to set up two sets of SCP in Changchun intelligent network central equipment room, as well as a set of SMP, a set of 32 model SAU (two-point signaling), a set of AIP. In addition, to set up a set of 32 model SSP in each of the 9 cities of the province, to realize the business triggering and follow-up call, currently the superimposing network framework is superimposed on the tandem level. The intelligence network project of Tonghua local telephone network newly build up two tandem exchange which cover the Tonghua local network and has the SSP function and with a centralized database, they are in charge of the local phone call, PHS, special services, intelligent business, all the long distance call, at the same time to upgrade the gateway, in charge of all the basic call and intelligent business including the interconnection of the tandem network, to realize the intelligence coverage of local telephone network. By moving the intelligent business trigger level from independent SSP to the level of tandem exchange and SSP combined as a whole, it raising the level of intelligent network and centralized management, optimization of network configuration, and can provide the users with multiple business combinations more flexible and convenience. After the implementation of network intelligence, the fixed telephone network can realize the local network real-time filling and detail charges, to provide enough data for marketing analysis, and is helpful for the marketing department to launch the new business combinations at the right time in accordance with the operational analysis materials. Through the intelligence reform of local network, increase the fixed-line network business capacity, and bring new vitality for the fixed telephone network, and ultimately realize the network business model of separate the exchange network and the business control, and lay a solid network foundation for the stable and high speed development of the value-added business.As the communication technology is developing, the active communication network is going to melt into the intelligence information network gradually, which could bring more benefit for the society owing to the development of intelligence network. |
