Mobile communication enterprises'competition is becoming more and more vehement following the development of the mobile communication market. Traditional operation hasn't provided sufficient help to the operators, but the strong clients are contributed to the operators'profit, so the competition between the strong clients has become a fatal factor to the operators'success. Mobile communication enterprises'have realized the service to the strong clients is the most important factor to enterprises'competition. In order to improve enterprises'competition, enterprises must be clients-oriented, and get enough satisfaction. Setting clients relations management idea, strengthening clients sale and service work, developing strong clients, improving strong clients'loyalty have become a strategy to the enterprises. At the background of these statements, this article begins the research work, and its goal is building a client service management system for Dalian mobile communication enterprise.Although Dalian mobile communication enterprise has its management system, the system's function is very simple. The new building operation analysis system is mainly oriented to the decision-maker layer, and it analyzes the development current and the colony, so it has macroscopical functions. Following the using of the operation analysis system, the mainly users are strategy makers and frondose service, their requirement are different. If it only analyzes the colony, the system will not be used by the workers; or if it only analyzes individual, the system will not be used by the macroscopical makers; and if it only analyzes the current by months, the system will not provide effective message; and if it only analyzes the current by days, the system can not provide historical current. So this article builds the system at the base of operation analysis and a client-oriented strong client management system.Mobile strong client service and management system has three grades on the management organization constitution: province enterprises service management department, city enterprise service management department and the county service management department. This article contains four important parts. The first part is the design and implementation of the system function model. This part mainly designs the unconventionality remind, unconventionality management, individual client management and client manager management. These four function models are the most important parts of the system. The secondary was the data changing part, this part designs and implements all the functions that related to the system data. Through the XML technology, the client service management system can change data with other systems; client service management system can change data with the clients through excel file format like files download, upload, parse and format. At the aspect of database property optimization, in order to shorten the response time when users use the system, this article designs the database using database link technology and build index technology. On design of the system, this article design the interfaces successfully and this improves convenience to users.The method used to develop the system is mainly fast prototype method. Fast prototype method can make users run prototype system through the fact, and users put forward modify advice, through this the prototype system can be modified successfully, finally a good system can be built which adapted to users'requirements. The mainly advantage is that this can reduce the maintenance expense of the system.Information Management System's mainly body model is B/S model. Its advantage is the system can be operated everywhere and we couldn't install any special application service software. We can use the system by a computer only. Because all the codes are in the servers, so when users want to modify them they can only update the servers, and system extend is very easy. Client service management system refers to several technologies such as JSP, Servlet, JDBC and XML. The proscenium of the system mainly uses the JSP technology, and we can use Servlet to extend system function; through JDBC technology it can build connection with the database management system; through XML technology to change data between different system; through XML AND Excel to start data change, using link structure and index to improve system's property.At the present, client service management system has completed. From system test, this system attain preview results, and it can provide service, analyze and management functions, implements the relations between clients and enterprises. The management function ensures the techs exactly and effectively run, and it also improves management between managers. JPS, Servlet, JDBC and XML four technologies used for the system, the system attains preview results.Following the operation changing, some new requirements may be confronted, so the preview system must change. In the process of system development, any systems all exist some questions.Database link pool is precious resource for system servers, during program writing, the unused database link pool must be released in time, or the database link pool may be used up quickly, and this may lead the program can't link the database. In Java language, there are try,catch,finally reception processing mechanism, if we put the program sentences which used to release the database link pool into finally body, and comply the criterion, this question can be resolved successfully.Between system and system,system and users, data change can't be avoided, a lot of data change through data share method to implementation. In application program writing, save process was written to deal with data, and assure the process runs effectively and orderly.We put the regularly data that needs to update,insert and delete into Oracle database to optimize the property. We put the regularly data that needs to searching into Teradata database. Using the two databases'advantage to improve system property.The development and using of client service management system improves clients management,service people and client managers'working efficiency, and it also improves Dalian mobile communication enterprise's client service level and service quality. The system provides individual,otherness and diversification service, so the system becomes an important tool to increase enterprises'profit,improves operation development sustaining and it strengthen enterprises'competition.
