Design And Realization Of China Unicom Dandong Branch GSMC Network

After several years development, China Unicom Dandong Branch has already completed the GSM and CDMA mobile phone network, Long-distance telephone network, local telephone network, Data communication network (including Internet network and IP telephone network),Wireless paging service network and long-distance fibre transmitting network. All service networks basically operate independently. Each service network connects with other operating companies and Unicom internal service network through their own gateway. There are no clear levels among China Unicom Dandong Branch all operating service networks. The network architecture is complex and gateway is separated. Because there are too many billing node, the income is very difficult to share between Unicom and other operating companyies or different services among Unicom internal services. For China Unicom Dandong Branch can't adjust the electric circuit according to the actual operating situation . The electric circuit can't be used efficiently. Settlement between Unicom and different operating companies is very complex and occurs many errors. Moreover the network management is inconvenient.In order to solve these problems, China Unicom Dandong Branch decides to design the integrated gateway .It is myself who is responsible for the project phase I to plan network organization, the routing and the network cut over. The dissertation discusses and analyses system performance change after China Unicom Dandong Branch has started the integrated gateway.Otherwise,The dissertation analysis setting bill gathering node plan , integrate billing plan and settlement status .The design realization indicates that the construction of Unicom integrate gateway will bring more economic and society benefit .It will be to connect with other operating company through only one gateway,which make balance of the diffreant servecie, enhances the interconnection trunk efficiency. It will realize that there are clear levels among China Unicom Dandong Branch all internal operating service networks ,whose management will be more convenient.
