Design And Implementation Of Lawful Voice Interception Subsystem Of 3G Core Network

The rapid development of information technology not only promotes society progress but also brings the convenience to people. While the terroristic and criminal events are also increasing. Law Enforcement Agency can use this lawful voice interception technology to keep away all kinds of criminals'movements. So the development of lawful voice interception software which meets the demand of different national law enforcement agencies on telecommunication networks is extremely vital significance.The development actuality of the lawful interception interface of the core network is analyzed in this paper, the requirements which are in urgent need of are added in this system, and the necessity of the development of the system is demonstrated. The architecture of the lawful voice interception subsystem and the system process flow of it are designed in this paper. The design thoughts and design schemes of the proxy module of the system are illustrated, and the interception function of the Basic Call Module is implemented. The interception function of the system is tested and verified in the lab stimulant environment. The design of the interception of the multi-side call is put forward farther, and the implement method is given in this paper. It not only greatly enhanced the system functions, but also fully proved that the scalability of the system.It has been proved that this system has not only lawful voice interception function but also good stability, reliability, and it is easy to be developed and maintained.The future research of this paper is how to implement the lawful voice interception in the IP multimedia environment.
