The Study Of Model Management Platform Of DSS In The Field Of Emergency Management

There are frequent disasters in China, so emergency rescue is one of the most important works of the government. A well-designed EDSS (Emergency Decision Support System) can assist the decision-maker to make decision well and has the value of academic and social. The model base is considered as the kernel and difficulty of DSS, and there is no uniform optimal method in the field of model representation, so the operations of models especially combination and integration are in the exploring stage, and the results accord to the special models.In view of the problems mentioned, the paper studies the previous researches and puts forward a new method of model representation, and discusses the operations of models. In this paper, the work includes:(1)The paper discusses the characteristics of emergency. The emergency models and the persons who make decisions come from all kinds of fields.(2)After analyzing the characteristics of emergency, the paper puts forward the three layers of model representation: the frame model, the formal model, the entity model. The frame model is connected with real world problems, and it is a bridge of problem world and model world. The processes of from the problem to the frame model, from the frame model to the formal model and from the formal model to entity model, are the process from the abstract to the specific.(3)The paper discusses the five methods of model assemblage, it makes more optimized and reasonable.(4)With the model representation, the paper constructs the platform of emergency model management, and it is proved by the national project.With the model representation and model management platform, it can realize the intelligence of problem resolution, the standardization of model representation and the reuse of models both at the level of component and part. It can support the decision of emergency field well.
