At present, the new type rural cooperative medical treatment system has been set up for a short period and the efficiency of the cooperative medical service is not very effective because of the traditional information management. So it is hard for the leaders to know about the operation situation of the cooperative medical service at the same time, which made the government unable to take the corresponding processing measures rapidly. Under this background, this text has designed and realized the new type rural information system of cooperative medical service of Weifang city.This text has studied the current situation of the development of the new type rural cooperative medical service and production of new cooperative medical service according to the research background of the subject, has proposed the research meaning of the subject at first. Secondly, it has analyzed the current situation in charge of the cooperative medical service of Weifang city according to the design principle of the system, design philosophy and design object, the demand for the cooperative medical service system has been analyzed, and has introduced this system to apply briefly to the basic fundamental. Thirdly, it has set up the structure chart of the function and analyzed the users who has used this system; based on the detailed analysis of the procedures, it has set up the work flow diagram and data flow diagram, analyzing the design backstage supporter's database in details too. Finally, according to the work and data flow diagram, it has realized some basic functions, providing some interfaces and it also introduced the exchange and the collection of the systematic data of the cooperative medical service briefly.This system, according to the demand of the rural cooperative medical service management of Weifang city, has three modules of the cooperative medical care module, the fund management module, the medical treatment management module and realized the city cooperative medical service system informationization of main work lines management separately. A technology adopted in this system, has avoided the complexity of the operating system of ground floor, reducing the complexity of designing program and the burden on technology greatly; the HL7 standard applied in this system can be combined with the mid ware technology and realized the collection of the system and the hospitals in insurance.Now, the system has been basically finished after the trial operation. The construction thought and conceptual model design method of this system play a role in demonstration and guidance of the information construction in other medical administrative departments.
