| Through-hole plating in multilayer PCB is a key process of plating. As the increased requirement of through-hole plating, multi-function and intelligent control system is one of the directions of control system development, which is also the important warrant of the metalizing quality.This paper adjusts and improves the hardware modules given in prior subject properly, as system IO assignment, interface circuit between MCU and peripheral control devices, and thermally sensitive resistance linearized optimum parameter design. In software design, because prior subject only introduced the software module function without software design in detail, implementation procedure and code program scheme of every function module is introduced in detail in this paper. The thesis includes the context below:1. Introducing the plating facility, the function of the control system, the architecture and the feature of the SPCE061A, the feature of theμ'nSP? kernel. The hardware design and the design disciplines based on are given.2. Designing the temperature collecting circuit, calculating the linear parameter with that the resistance performs the best.3. Programming the keyboard input system, making the process parameter could be set while via metalizing.4. Utilizing the library form SPLC501 to create the Chinese character library, and coding the Chinese character display code which is needed during the operation.5. Implementing the voice tip function in the control system by programming; particularly introducing how to generate audio signals and how to play the audio signals by SACM-A1600 audio encoding algorithm.Software system is divided into several subsystems on the different functions of system control. As each subsystem just realize the fixed function, the software maintenance and modification is very convenient. After the design and debugging, this system basically realizes the proposed function requirement. And the system is more humanistic and accuracy. |
