The technology of through-hole plating developed rapidly in recent years. From mechanical through-hole to through-hole plating, the technology of through-hole plating provides the best technology to consumers constantly. With the rapid development of the circuit board, the requirement of through-hole plating is gradually increased. Due to the strong function and extensive application off singlechip, especially SPCE061A, which has the characters of RISC, powerful sound function and probe, has the wide application foreground. I design the control system of Contacâ…¡in LPKF. This paper researches the control and display system of through-hole machine based on SPCE061A.Firstly, the paper generalizes the development of the through-hole plating machine and summarizes the characters and application of singlechip, which is researched and developed in sunplus technology co. ltd. Secondly it presents the structure and hardware design, according as the function request of the system, the function module design and realization has been expounded, such as power module,LCD module,sound module. Thirdly on the base of hardware platform, the paper discusses the process of technology and parameter setting, IDE and the design of software in detail. Finally I introduce some useful technology of debugging hardware and software in the whole system and gives some experience in the design and debug. The results indicate that the designs for through-hole plating machine can meet the system request.
