Nowadays, Chinese automobile market are expanding unceasingly, and the strength of automobile manufacture firms are stronger and stronger, as well as the dealer community is getting more and more huge. But the most of auto corporations still adopt the traditional mode as the means of information management, such as bills of document, manual operation administration and so on, which could make bad data reliability, low execution efficiency, large difficult of statistic and analysis and could make a long cycle getting important statistic information. The manufacturing firms communicate with their suppliers, dealers, service providers through email, telephone or fax, which reduce the timeliness and reliability of business communication. All above problems restrict enterprise's development opportunities and development speed, especially in the period of network economy and imformationizing. It's the most important matter the auto firms faced that taking advanced management measures to enhance enterprise's competition.To auto manufacturing corporations, dealers are the sharp implements to sale, who stand the frontest line of sale and whose behavior can affect the enterprise fate directly. The enterprises have to implement the variation sale service, fast master every dealer, take up the sale market. But, there are lots of factors of variation sale service strategy in implementation ,some of which are blurry and no material reference value, so the accuracy and objectivity of variation sale service is affected largely.This paper, based on the analysis of automobile industries' information status, detailedly analyzes a given enterprise's sale management and variation sale service strategy operation. In view of auto sale management characteristic, it puts forward based on variation sale service strategy auto sale management system management system's system design, and describes the system's function architecture. Taking the sales return rate formulation as an example in the variation sale service strategy research, firstly, this article gets the factors Comprehensive weighting weight which affect the sale's returned-profit rate through using analytic hierarchy process; Secondly, it takes a synthesis estimationto the dealers by the method of fuzzy comprehensive judgment; Lastly, the variation sale's returned-profit is realized. According the previous analysis and design, this paper implements based on variation sales service strategy automobile sale management system management system.
