Research And Implementation Of Cooperative After-Sales Service Management System For Automobile Industry Chain Under ASP Model

For lack of foundations, funds and professionals ,It is hard for small and medium sized Automobile enterprises to develop informatization. A new application mode for the informatization in small and medium enterprises is put forward by the ASP Platform, combined with the National 863 Program Project "the development and application of equipment and auto industry chain-oriented enterprise networked cooperative ASP Platform". Information interaction and management between automobile industry enterprises in network environment are discussed systematically to accelerates the informationize development of small-medium enterprises.It is crucial that enterprise reality informationization through conforming its inner and sub-enterprise or partnership enterprise and realizing communication free in the whole domain. Automobile after-sale industry is an important link in the chain of auto industry. Service plays a key role in inter-enterprise competition and it is important to assess an enterprise's competitiveness indicators. A new application mode for the informatization in small and medium enterprises is put forward by the ASP Platform.We design a cooperative management of after- sales service solutions based on the mode of ASP. The thesis mianly research and develop the service fee management in the cooperative after-sales service management system.then realize them.Firstly, evolution status and trend of the automobile industry after-sales service management and cooperation of the automobile industry chain in our country is introduced .Secondly, automobile industry chain cooperation platform is analysed, then this thesis theoretically discusses the study on after- sales service business process in the medium and small-sized automobile manufactures enterprises in Chengdu, and analyses the existing problem, presents a systematic solution.Thirdly, the deployment solution Based on the automobile industry chain cooperation platform is put forward. In .NET Development environment, this thesis presents a solution for data transmission with WebService. finally thecooperative after-sales service management system Relying on automobile industry chain platform-based is built up. This dissertation will play an important role in spreading the technology of Application Service Providers in automobile industry service management.
