This paper first reviews the history of the development of the information network, with the development of network, the network become the every corner of the lives of people, people have become increasingly dependent on the network, network unknowingly changed social status and way of life. With the increasing scope of network applications, self-centered people choose to use the content, entertainment, communication and other personal needs of the increasingly strong desire with the greatest degree of personality to meet the needs of a new Internet feature.
