Communication Network Management System focuses on the communication power, as it's the heart to keep the network work normally. For history reason, it has different kinds of communication power in the real network. These powers' communication agreement is also different. We should develop new module if you want to mange it in the network management system. It costs time and energy. The MII promulgated agreement standards of the intelligent device of the station on 2005. According to the standards and the middleware technology, we abstract the common operation of the system module which used to monitor the different communication power, and realize the adapter pool agreement about communication power in the final. It solves the system's present problem, such as having too many modules, difficult to upgrade and performance decline etc.The thesis proposes to realize the adapter pool agreement after I analyses the problem in the communication power present management mode. The finished adapter pool agreement about the communication power has three parts. They include the general acquisition data module of the communication power, the serial port operation module and configuration file. The general acquisition data module uses the configuration file to adapt the specific communication power protocol. After applying the adapter pool agreement in the network management system, it can greatly improve the performance of the whole system on two factors- quality and module numbers. The appliance of the adapter pool agreement can promote the build and transplant of the network management system.
