Land surface temperature and Land humidity which are important indicators in measuring of the surface energy balance, play important roles in exchanging on the land surface and atmosphere, and also have important roles in agriculture production. It is important direction in the filed of Remote Sensing for the Land surface temperature and humidity study, especially, in hydrology, geology, meteorology, and other fields extensive needed.How retrieved the Land surface and humidity, that there are much work which National and foreign researchers have done. The land surface temperature is retrieved from Thermal infrared; there are many methods which have been done. For example: mono-window algorithm, split-window algorithm (two Thermal infrared bands), Day-Night method (more the two Thermal infrared bands). In these methods, the split-window is extensive used. There are three important parameters which are Light Temperature, Transmittance and Emissity, in this algorithm. To eliminate the impact of the atmosphere, it is the use of the two-band different transmission in Atmosphere window. The Land humidity is retrieved by Thermal infrared band. There are many algorithm, for example: Thermal inertia algorithm, Microwave Remote Sensing algorithm, Spectra method, Departures vegetation index method, Crop w ater st ress index method. Those methods have been used in retrieving land humidity, and the results are successful.In this paper ,the land surface temperature was retrieved from Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) data 31and 32 bands'emissivity using split-window algorithm, and land humidity was retrieved from MODIS data 7 band's reflectivity. The land surface temperature and humidity's special distribution character was discovered from the above results with spatial autocorrelation method. The land use data was gained from Landset-TM by interpretation. We analysis the LST and Land humidity quantitative difference in different land use. Base on the DEM in the middle of Jilin province, the relations is created between the LST and height, slop, aspect, NDVI to analysis LST and land humidity in different terrain in order to provide information for agriculture production.
