Land Use Dynamic Monitoring Research And Its Use In Land Law Enforcement Work

Land is a nonrenewable resource, also the social production of the necessary factors of production.The large population and a lot of unavailable lands makes the land resource unsuitable for habitation or development. The economic developed rapidly in our country since the reform and opening up,at the same time the urbanization level enhanced unceasingly,makes the demand for land increasing year by year. All of these,makes the land resources more precious than before in China.Strengthen the land law enforcement work is the way to safeguard land macro policies, ensure authority of land regulations,promote regional and sustainable development. Traditional manual operation of land law enforcement has make good results,but its inherent disadvantages,such as low accuracy, high cost and poor timeliness leaks out gradually. Study on land use based on remote sensing dynamic monitoring and apply it to the land law enforcement work,could make the illegal land founded quickly and accurately,greatly improve the efficiency of enforcement campaigns.Limited by the resolution,traditional remote sensing satellite image can be used only in the study of wide range in land-use types,smaller illegal structures, such as farm land illegal information cannot be effectively extracted.This paper will study the land use dynamic monitoring research and apply the results to land law enforcement work based on the IKONOS high resolution satellite remote sensing image in Haian city.Based on the outcome,discuss the reason why the land illegal happened frequently and then put forward corresponding Suggestions.
