Visual communication in the form of visual media is used to convey design and performance, requiring complex content according to the spirit embodied in the language and visual forms of the material. (Graphic User Interface or GUI).Tourism multimedia advisory system refers to multimedia technology, multimedia in the form of multimedia digital art and design applications, which are used at cultural tourist destinations to help visitors better understand services and other relevant knowledge and information.The application of Visual communication to the tourism multimedia advisory system multimedia means that in the tourism multimedia art design process, the basic theory of visual communication is applied to the multimedia GUI (Graphic User Interface) in the form of visual design and application of theoretical guidance.In this essay, we shall take Shaanxi Red Tourism as an example. Through the multimedia visual design analysis of Shaanxi Red Tourism multimedia, we will combine the basic theory of visual communication and research in multimedia interface design to demonstrate how the visual arts and cultural spirit of the content will be transformed into visual language and reflected in the form of the multimedia interface.In general, research of the basic theory of visual arts of multimedia interface design includes: the visual interface, graphics, text, color scheme and method of multimedia interface art, design and aesthetic expression. In particular, the research of Shaanxi Red Tourism resources will look at basic profiles and explore their inherent cultural identity and integration into multimedia art design and multimedia interface design, integrating the cultural identity and the artistic and aesthetic characteristics of the above.The promotion of culture via Red Tourism is unique to Chinese tourism culture. Its promotion and development are given more and more attention by the government and all sectors of the community. Red culture is unique to China. Shaanxi's rich Red tourism resources are also richly endowed by nature. How national culture will integrate regional culture is one of the purposes of this research. This paper on digital arts is based on the integration of design, visual communication and multimedia art and design features. The integration of multimedia visual arts focuses on the combination of form and function, making use of similar tourism projects, multimedia design, and other multimedia expressions of cultural identity.
