Today's society is an information society, schools as a part of society is bound to realize information. Education as the core work of the school must take the lead entered the information, and the provisions of teaching resources make it possible.Inner Mongolia Normal University Computer and Information Engineering College builds Teaching-Resource of Programming Basement recently, and resource evaluation as part of teaching resources building is done simultaneously。In order to evaluate teaching resources of programming basement accurately and effectively, in this paper I start with the concept of teaching resources, On the teaching resources at this stage of the research carried out a lot of research to determine our own research methods: literature research, action research and survey method.Specific researches are as follows:First, the evaluation criteria of teaching resources and design of the questionnaire. Evaluation criteria are the basis for the final evaluation, and achieve the ultimate purpose of the deciding factor of the evaluation too. In order to evaluate teaching resources more accurately,On the one hand, I check a lot of literature at home and abroad, to understand the current teaching resources in all aspects of the study at home and abroad, they focused on the network of information resources evaluation methods and evaluation content; On the other hand the design process based on in-depth teaching practice, a wide range of procedures designed to collect students on the basis of the evaluation of teaching resources, and to seek expert's advice and recommendations on many occasions revised evaluation system. In accordance with AHP indicators will be evaluated by the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation, get what are the evaluation criteria, and design the questionnaire.Second, Data processing. Data processing includes four aspects: 1 In order to improve the questionnaire reliability and validity, and organized two surveys, questionnaires on the reliability and validity of the test. 2 According to statistical theory and the overall conduct of the entire sampling design, calculation of the sample volume, and use the random number table corresponding to the specific samples to find out.3 the random sample of the data for statistical analysis, data analysis process, to take part and the whole two-step. First of program design based teaching resources reliability, suitability, friendly and aesthetically pleasing of all the effectiveness of the indicators; Then based on the evaluation criteria, comprehensive evaluation of various indicators of the process design basis the effectiveness of teaching resources for analysis. In the analysis of the process, from data on trends and trends in the two discrete data perspective, the final conclusions more fully confirmed. 4 Conduct statistical inference.
