Research And Design Of Bio-chemical Analyzer

This paper first describes the research status and prospective development of bio-chemical analyzing instrument as an intelligent instrument, then introduces the theoretical base—Lambert-Beer Law in Optics. In the following Chapters, the paper presents the whole system design of this project as follows:It uses common PC as the superior computer system and single-chip computer 59C52 as the core of the whole inferior computer system, by defining the telecommunication protocol, which ensures the regular transmission between the superior and inferior computer system, we can control the completion of bio-chemical analysis by letting superior computer system transmit command to inferior computer system. We adopt RS-232 bus as the linkage of superior computer system and inferior computer system.The whole system includes the software design of the superior computer system and the hardware and software design of inferior computer system as well. In the last part of this paper, several ways of bio-chemical analysis is presented and the error source produced in field operation is presented.
