The Method Researcu Of Image Segmentation In Magnetic Particle Detection System

During shell body production, some bodies'exterior surface will have flows, we apply magnetic particle detection system of lossless detection to the exterior surface. At the same time, we also apply computer to process the flow image collected, and divide out the shell bodies which the flows exceed standard by PLC, reduce effects of person factors. The aim is to improve accuracy and effectiveness.The paper has mainly discussed and researched the flow image segmentation of detection system. Adopting analysis method of wavelet transform, and utilizing its multi-resolution analysis characteristic, we could do fast edge detection to the image. By comparing with tradition detection methods(such as edge detection differential operator,threshold value and so on),we could make result that the edge detection will be more accurate and more real-time character by using wavelet, of course, it would fit lossless detection system of shell bodies'exterior surface. Extracting image after pre-progress and segment, we would quantitative analysis to physical quantity such as circumference, gravity centre of flow, then the below grade shell body would be isolate.
