Rural libraries service in the rural grass-roots organization with flexible broader social, educational, and scientific significance. Rural Libraries are the extension and development of the public libraries in the rural areas, are also the important part of the village spiritual civilization, the education base of building a well-off society, update farmers knowledge, improve the development of township enterprises, promote rural urbanization process.In our country, the territory is vast, the culture is different, and the economy is unbalanced, therefore, in the areas of the library building there is a considerable difference.
