Since 80th last century a plenty of TV program hosts come forth in China .TV host is not a single profession purely. Take charge of program is a intellect activity. The essential ability of host is wisdom, diathesis and cultural gift. The education pattern of host in china is very special. The main approaches are on guard teaching and faculty educationAs for the current situation of personnel management in national television stations, in this essay the author analyzed the development of mechanism and methods on the traditional personnel management in television station by the theory of Media Management and Modern Human Resource Management, in order to improve the traditional personnel management and the efficiency of television manpower management, taking the advantage of modern concepts and methods of Human Resource Management.Therefore, the requirements on TV anchors are stricter than ever. From such perspectives as the TV channel specialization and the mass specification as mentioned above, this thesis endeavors to discuss and elaborate the requirements on TV anchors in the new tide, analyze the ways of election and cultivation to the TV anchors and outlook the trend of the TV anchor's developmentIt certifies from its start and with its development that TV News M.C. has changed the spread mode of TV News, and urged different patterns of TV program to a certain extent. So studies on TV host are also research on the patterns, the impacts and the program of TV spread mode. American TV emcees have accumulated rich experiences for that.
