Allthese circumstances not only make much manpower wasted in studyprotocol conversion, but also bring much trouble for consumer to chooseequipments etc. So standardization of communication protocols is ahotspot of study, and software or hardware that realizes protocolconversion is absolutely necessary. In this paper, the author thoroughlystudies the remote communication protocols CDT and 101, which areapplied widely in electric power system, and finishes programming anddebugging the software, named The Information Flow Examine SoftwareIn Transformer Substation, whick realize the data-share in the differenttele-control protocols in electrical power system. In this paper, the author firstly introduces the deve-lopment ofdispatching automation in electric power system and its requirement ofstandardization of communication protocols, and analyzes the functionrequirement and realization means of the explain of remotecommunication protocols. And then studies the remote communicationCDT and 101, analyzes and contrasts the frame's structure and transferrule.
