Biology Immune System is a distributed and adaptive system,which has the ability of learning ,memory and pattern recognition . Artificial Immune System has become a new science and engineering in an emerging field of study computational intelligence by simulating the immune system and the application of biological information processing capacity.The research of the thesis is funded by the Shanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation and the Office of the Shanxi Provincial Education key scientific research projects foundation. The main research is immune algorithm in artificial immune system .It is researched in this thesis that immune cloning algorithm based on immune algorithm and cloning algorithm .This thesis also apply the algorithm to function optimization and data mining. The main task of this thesis is as follows:(1) Introduce the biological immune system's organizational structure, and a summary of the immune system bionic mechanism, the mechanism of the simulation and the artificial immune system in the algorithm in detail.(2) On the base of immune cloning algorithm,it is proposed an improved cloning adaptive algorithm and an improved immune cloning intelligent algorithm. The new algothrim is used to function optimization , simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and feasible.(3) Immune cloning algorithm is applied to mining association rules, it is proposed that the algorithm based on immune cloning Mining Association Rules, The new algorithm and the traditional Apriori algorithm on the mining association rules is compared on the accuracy in the article.
