A WAY Of Deploitation And Development In Reportage

The expanded coverage of reportage means that receivers could get more news and information from the media. In the development of history, it's the must-be way for reportage to expand the coverage of report and increase information.In the past, the media is designed as Party's for a good while in China. Therefore, on the way of publicity, the publicizing department usually lays stress on the positive publicity and lead of the party. In China, most of newspaper doesn't care to increase information, but continuously report such repetitive news, mostly about politics and daily work. However, the department doesn't report or delays report on any other kinds of news, negative or sensitive ones.To gain more readers, the principle is increasing information. With the development of economy and technology, with the globalize, receivers cautiously needs more and more information nowadays. In China, we can find that news and information has already increased.Firstly, this paper presents the developing trace of the Chinese traditional media that the reportage is developing with expanding coverage and increasing information, which bases on the survey data of Hubei Daily from 1975 to 2005. Furthermore, the causes of this trace are discussed by synthesizing the history background and developing process of the reportage industry. Finally, the developing tendency of the traditional media reportage in the future is concluded according to the experience and regularity abstracted from above analysis.
