The method of channel multiplexing is the base of Channel Reuse and Multiple Access technology, which can be used to improve access channel utilization. The implementation and development of a new method of channel multiplexing will lead to a new stage of development of communication. At present, the methods of channel multiplexing are FDMA CDMA TDMA.This paper presents a new method of channel multiplexing, which is named as Prime-number Division Multiple, and uses its principles on telecommunication system. The method is based on the unique character of prime-numbers product factorization and realizes the channel multiplexing for digital-signal users. According to the product immutability of number 1, all the users can only transfer the logic 1 signals and don't need transfer the logic 0 signals. It is especially useful for terminals multiplexing or functions multiplexing. This paper discusses the mathematic base and basic principle of Prime-number Division Multiple, and the work principle, the method of error checking and correction, estimating method of channel capacity, solutions of synchronization of Prime-number Division Multiple communication system. then the proof by simulation is given. The principle of Prime-number Division Multiple clear and algorithm is simple. Natural alterable code increases channel utilization. The reliability of signal transmitting is enhanced by extremely high error checking and correction probability. The pattern of Prime-number Division Multiple's product makes it very convenient to get frame synchronization signal by self-synchronization. Prime-number Division Multiple will develop materially and apply abroad. The paper discusses the application of Prime-number Division Multiple in the field of satellite networks, function multiple of telephone and family network in the end.
