| Fire supervision and management system is a platform for law enforcement that is based on the management of key fire-control units and focused on fire supervision. The system is composed of many modules, such as pending cases, E-archives of fire-control key enterprises, cases register, sample planning, supervision and inspection, administrative punishment, fire investigation, examination and approval of writs, law repository, query and statistics, system maintenance.Based on related fire laws and regularities of the ministry of public security of PRC, this paper combines them with practice and experience of fire supervision. First, the framework of fire supervision management system is analyzed. Then, the function design and system workflow are presented. After that, it describes the methods and key technologies used to development this system. Finally, it summarizes the system and indicates the future works.This system enhances the efficiency of fire supervision and management. It also regulates the procedure of fire examination and approval. Following the track of fire supervision, we can find out the working status in time, increase the transparency of fire supervision and management, and promote the responsibility awareness of fire supervisors. |
