Design And Realization Of The Marketing Management System Of The Estate In Intelligent Residential District Based On J2EE

With the development of the technology in 21st century, we're gradually stepping into the information era. The rise of the computer science and its network technology have brought a revolution to the way people live, especially with the progress of modern high-tech and the improvement of people's standard of living in recent years, people are requiring more and more to better their living conditions. Living in a safe, comfortable and fast-information transferring environment becomes a dream of everyone. As a result of that, intelligent residential district appears.Intelligent residential district is a new-style district where its subsystems are synthetically configured and all devices are automatically managed by computer network based on wire synthetically and broadly laid. Information Network System, Safe Automation System, Property Management System are its main three parts. This paper mainly focused on one of the subsystems of the Property Management System, the Estate Marketing Management System.Java programming language is a pure object-oriented language with the high transplantation as its uniqueness. "Write once, run everywhere" is the goal when it was first designed. Its safety system structure ensures the safety of this language. Due to its well performance, Java is used widely on the Internet. The appearance of the J2EE doubled its might. With J2EE's scientific layer-division structure, it is quite convenient to do the development and maintenance work of projects.By doing research on J2EE's structure, this paper pointed out the advantages of J2EE compared with the custom structures, then listed several modules that a classic estate marketing Management system should include and at last showed how to realize those modules with struts in detail.Through detailed research, coding and testing, all modules in the estate marketing management system can be realized successfully with low coupling, which indicates that the estate marketing management system based on J2EE is with good robustness and expansibility, can be used broadly.
