| With the development of national economy, the inquirement of iron increased quickly. The iron industry have become the pillar industries in nationgal economy. 1750 hot rolled strip project is the key project of Xinjiang Bayi iron & steel Co.LTD,and the watertreatment system is the important auxiliary link in the project which guarantees the blastfurnace's regular production and movement.Rolling Watertreatment system include four parts: Heating furnace and turbid water cooling system, Laminar cooling water ststym, Direct cooling and circling system, Sewage treatment system. The operation station monitor software RSView SE and PLC configuration software ControlLogix5550 used in the paper are both from Allen-Bradley Company. The operation station monitor software RSView SE design several pictures such as System integrate picture, Synoptic production processing picture, Operation kneading board picture, Alarm reporting demonstration picture, On-line tendency Fig demonstration picture and so on. Acording to requirement of technological process, author designed several subroutines,forexample analog filter sobroutine, Pump unit control subroutine, filter control subroutine. The main programe achieved the control function through call the subroutine. The procedure structure is succinct, easy to revise and to debug facilitates.The author achieve the communication of PLC to the MES system through the exploitation of the embedded MVI56-GEC module.In water system ,the level of tank is a multi-variables, non-linearity, time variable control system. The shortages of traditional PID (Proportion Integral Differential) controller are that the system's overshoot is large, regulation time is long and parameter is hard to be real-time adjusted. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional PID controller,the author designed a fuzzy level controller to control the tank level through using pulse control motor operated valve,ensured the water of hot rolling product line. |
