Although the express industry of our country started late, the history is shorter, but it develop quickly, gradually has occupying a place in the market. Express is a door-to-door personalization services, speed is very importmant. Wide variety of items and complicated process are the express's main character, the rapid expansion of the express industry, leading to serious lag. The quality of practitioner is mixed, the lost cases, the wrong pieces and damaged pieces are very popular. This greatly affected the image and reputation of the express, therefore, to manage and monitor business process by an information system is needed for express enterprise, advanced information technologies and system will be applied to business operation and service are important methods of success.Information transfer system used in enterprises to ensure delivery of information in the system for accepting and handling, the information can be accurate and timely. The enterprise can know the state of the cargo and complaint handling, to provide high quality service to customers. Information in the form of electronic data to ensure that data will not be lost. Data in the system can be analysed based on user requirements, these statistics will prompt assistance to enterprises to adjust service strategy and market strategy, they also can be used to examine the staff of the enterprise. Based on the above information technology to achieve a information transfer system. Workflow technology is the key technology to achieving enterprise informationization. This technology is also active in the field of current technology. The information system can ensure accurate records of the enterprise goods. According to the procedures for the transfer of information in advance, the information can be accurately and promptly dealt with. The manager can timely know the status of operation and service by the report of the information system. So the manager can make timely adjustments and use the report to examine the staff. Particularly, the information system is not only a multi-channel of communication with customers but also an effective data collection platform. Information system is a major achievement of enterprise informationization.This thesis presents information transfer system's business and management system method of programe, describes how to use Shark and Hibernate,Spring,Struts structure to achieve system development in the technical background of J2EE and workflow. How to interfacing with other systems with WebService is discussed in this thesis.
